How are you spending your Halloween...

I bet it isn't as fun as what I am doing.  You might ask what I could possibly be doing to win at Halloween.... I am sure some would think, well he is going to Halloween Horror nights, since I am in Orlando... you would be wrong (granted I did this a couple weeks ago).   So am I hosting a Halloween party, no my friend I have no time for celebration.

What I am doing is connecting joints to a curve with a length node attached that controls a multiply/divide nod which in turns the scale x of the joints to make them stretch.  This works by attaching clusters to points of the curve, and having those be the items that the animation controls actually control.

Sigh, I can't escape 3d space anymore.

Edit;  Yeah so that didn't work, but what I am doing now is writing an expression based on a control icon for the spine's position in space

Spine_Root.rotateZ = Spine_Control.translateY * 2;   The multiplier is an arbitrary number just to beef up the curve since a straight translation into the rotation is rather flat, it also lets me step up the rotation per joint section.

I also realize there is a chance (by chance I mean really really likely), that anyone reading this will be asking WTF am I talking about.... this is mostly for me, I have a bad habit of losing personal notes so why not use LJ?
