Switching Regimen

This week I changed my training regimen for running after injuring myself with the other method.

I've switched to running 1mile a day almost every day to train up my endurance and muscles a little first.

So far it's going well. I ran 3 of the last 4 days.

Today's time was 5:30 for the first half mile, 30 second walk beyond the half mile, 5:30 for the second half mile (11 min total). Not too bad. Working so far!
