That being said: Why is there not a Numb3rs AU in which the Eppes family runs a sucessful wedding planning business, hmm? Alan could do the co-ordinating and all the planning, Charlie could be the numbers guy, plan out payment, billing (and do the seating arrangements) and Don... He could be in charge of picking out ties? making sure noone got too drunk? or, oooh, helping the brides pick out their dresses. Um? (look, I DRAW, I don't write- this is why)
(furthermore, why are there not more AU fics in which the Eppes family became the guardians of that kid from "Calculated Risk"? Why doesn't little whosisface have a dad and two brothers and a crazy uncle named Larry? Or, um, two crazy uncles, a great-uncle, and a step-uncle named Larry? A step-great-uncle? Or, if you go the incest route, two daddies named Charlie and Don, who don't really talk to Grandpa anymore, and look haunted whenever the phone rings? Because, really, there isn't quite enough kidfic in the Num3rs fandom. Or is there? I haven't found any....)
Oh, S2 of Numb3rs. I may never sleep again and bomb all my classes (and ohgod, i have do a RESPONSE to a weird metaphysical/reflective poem in less than twelve hours), but at least I'll be entertained. Until I die from fail.
