White couple, victim of racism...
Last night someone screamed "Fuck niggers!" at Paul and I. Because I have Obama stickers on my car. "Fuck niggers, fuck Obama, fuck you!" I was in complete and udder amazement. I like to think that I live in a world where things like that don't happen. In my mind, racism isn't real. It is something of the past. But I was brought to reality last night. And it the guy who was screaming at us was not an older person who grew up in a time of segregation (which wouldn't make it any less appalling) but it was someone who was at most my age. Very sad.
