It's Christmastime in the city.

Today is a day of transitioning. Look at that; making a word that's not a verb into one. There's a word for that, but it escapes me now. No nerd trivia for you today. Anyway, the transitionation is taking form in my subject line and icon choices. I've been using icons from The Office, and am transitioning to my holiday icons with the sugary sweetness that is Jim and Pam. Also, the subject lines have been quotes from The Office; not when I've been on my soapbox, but the other times. And from now on they'll be lines from holiday songs. Not really much of a transition there, but this isn't a freaking thesis; get off my back. All this pressure will drive me to a caffeine pill addiction.

My family doesn't eat turkey. Not even on Thanksgiving. Krissy is being awesome and trying to convince me to cook one myself. I really want to, because I'm jonesing for some bird, but I am quite lazy, and even going to the store and buying a pre-cooked turkey seems like a lot of work. I hate my family. (How's that for holiday spirit?)

Overall the fam behaved themselves. We played games, decided on the g-'rents gifts and picked the theme for the Christmas gathering. I'll be wearing a sombrero.

stuff., family.
