To everything there is a turn, turn, turn...
So it's a new livejournal. I've also turned 21, got new hair, and more importantly, a new boyfriend.
I've spent a bit of time lately trying to catch up with friends. I find that they're more important in the scheme of things that you realize at the time. I've also found that I'm more proud of them than I had realized, I think I've managed to collect a few particularly creative and brilliant individuals.
The new boyfriend is named David, much like the old one. Fortunately, other than that, he is not much like the old one. This David is my age, sensitive and communicative, which were the major shortcomings of his predecessor in relation to me. To my surprise, the more I find out about him, the more I like him. And thanks to him I finally had a quiet, yet fabulous birthday.
I've decided to start doing a series of largish illustrations of my friends, pop-y images with some bright colors and black outlines. So I am starting to look for and take pictures for this thing.
Many things are still the same. Still at a job where I love the money but hate the work (or occasional lack thereof). Still buying TV shows on DVD ad nauseum, but we've all got our vices, right?
I still do not have the internet, but once I get it, I'll hopefully be updating this livejournal more often. I plan on writing somewhat more extensive, thought-out articles than my usual free associated type entries.
