i am so retardedddd. haha i have a paper due tomorrow and im not started yet... but out of boredom/procrastination/escapism/whatever i decided to go play around with the pieces in my wardrobe to try to get more wear out of some clothes that i haven't been wearing... and to my surprise i found that i could get a lot more wear out of some of them!!!! joy is such when i can do shopping in my own wardrobe! haha. haven't had the time nor money to buy anything new recently.. but i realized that i have so many clothes that i really have not utilized yet. i think the most budget friendly and environment saving is not just shopping at fleas/thrift stores but also to shop in your own wardrobe. if you search around, you never know what you might find!

mixing and matching is really important... i really dont like to repeat my clothes but i also dont have any money to buy so many pieces of new clothes (well if i can, i would) so the trick is really to make it seem that you have many different pieces of clothes using the same pieces of clothes! it's really fun and rewarding as well when you discover a new way of wearing the same piece of clothing. :) i think basics are always the most versatile...but i love PRINTS. flowers, polka dots, graphic prints...so in that case, outerwear is really important.a gray cardigan/ pink cardigan/blue cardigan/blazer/hoody can make the same dress look totally different, giving it a different kind of look and feel!! a blazer will make it look formal, a cardigan makes it look chillax, and a hoody will make u look more sporty even in a girly girly dress! not everything works though... so just check yourself in the mirror before you leave your house!
