i am home again. one day early. katrina sort of just crimped our plans to be in atlanta today. such is life though. no one really wanted to drive 8.5 hours out of the way today just to drive home in torrential rain and try to get home by 9 am so people could go to work. it just wasn't going to work. speaking of work, im off for the next two days ( Read more... )

dude i think a lot of people are in the same boat. i think i'm just trying to forge ahead as hard as i can and hope for the best.

All my older acquaintances say that around your age. Then they get all depressed and drink and act shitty until they're like 28, then they get married and act happy. Don't do it, you're a pleasant human.

Of course, this is easy to say at 20-21 when nobody expects you to do shit.

brent, i miss you a whole lot. i'm in college now and still playing music and i don't really like responsibility, but it's what i feel like i should do. don't worry about what other people are doing - you are the sum of your experiences, and all of yours are amazing.

you're one of the best human beings alive, and livejournal comments are cheesy, but i really mean it. you are amazing. i miss you buddy. hope we can hang out sometime soon, if gas prices ever go down and i can do something besides go to school, practice, and work.
