This is the current title of my dissertation, but it seems kind of bland.

GIFTED GEEKS: THE EMERGENCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY TALENT

Any suggestions on other phrases I could put before the colon? The format is usually some snazzy title, followed by the simple description.

"Totally Tubular Techies"? ;)
