Really good sleep last night, I'm getting used to sleeping flat again. It is a pretty bright sunny day out there today, if it isn't too cold I think I'm going to try to walk a bit, 1 or 2 km this afternoon. Got in 2k, it was harder than the 5k I was walking earlier this summer.
Smaller breakfast than yesterday: had a smallish yogurt and a big bowl of applesauce.
Snacks: Cheesies... lots, maybe too many gotta put real nutrients in instead of filler calories here. Pudding.
Lunch: Instant Breakfast & Pudding - not enough.
Supper: A big bowl of Claire's bland ham soup. It was filling and the ham was tasty in it, but as far as spice goes... it needed hot sauce. Had a little KD too.
Evening snack: applesauce.
My stomach was not very settled this evening. Several times I felt like I might be ill and I was generating a whole pile of excess saliva tonight.
Need to go to the grocery store sometime today or tomorrow and get more applesauce, breakfast (rather than snack) size yogurt, creme soups, fresh V-8
