A little something you should know first
I really only have one rule around here: From time to time, I talk about things that tend to be controversial. So I would like to stress that - unless I state otherwise - the stuff I post in my journal is not up for debate or criticism. I don't mind my friends having views that differ from my own. 'Cause let's face it, this world would be a boring place if we all thought alike, LOL. Sharing a different perspective is fine by me, I even encourage it. But, please be respectful. Don't come here with the intention of arguing, belittling, preaching, changing my mind, or telling me how "wrong" I am if you don't agree with what I say or do. You may think this is narrowminded of me. But this is a journal, not a debate forum. :) This space is my personal haven - my "safe place", if you will - to express my thoughts and feelings on stuff without fear of being criticized, lectured, or shot down. Sometimes I can be serious, other times I am posting simply to amuse myself and nothing more. If I add you as my friend, I ask you to respect that. Not meaning to sound bitchy, but, this is my journal, and I will speak my mind freely. Thanks! ♥
