i just want it to be over.
i just want to have a degree in my hand and be done with it. i hate freshman history and political science classes with morons (teachers and their aides included) who can't even pronounce the things they are talking about.
this girl today in my history review session was reading the word "appomattox" and pronounced it "appoximations". How the hell does that happen? It's spelled exactly like you say it. APP-o-MAT-tox.
And she did it about 6 times, and then the T.A. as like "yea, appoxomattox was..."
i guess having a degree doesn't stop these things from happening, i guess i just wish we could all work harder to uphold a scholarly appearance - even if it is a lie.
i guess i didn't really have anything to say just then. i think i'm a nerd.
