October has started, so I guess the summer is officially over. The weather hasn't cooled down much yet, it's currently almost 19 degrees outside. The evenings are getting chilly though; yesterday was the first time we had the heating on. Only for about an hour, but still. Also changed the summer curtains in the living room to the winter ones. Plus we cleaned! Still no sign of Arleta, so we have to - how simply dreadful - clean our own mess. It was actually quite gratifying. Cleaning is something where you can immediately see the results of your work. And when two people do it together, it's even kind of fun. Not fun enough for us to not try and find another cleaner though. Apparently one of Bee's colleagues has a trustworthy and reliable cleaner who might be interested in more clients. I hope that pans out.
Last week has mostly been Lost week. The DVD box only arrived a week ago and we've already watched 18 episodes. It's damn addictive!
