Today I had a really odd incident. I got to talk about Jesus to a random guy that came to our door selling magazines. I think he was already saved but he didn't seem to be walking (ie. he asked if I wanted to chill and have some drinks), but I got to share part of my testimony and some verses and he might come to the Rock. Although I did get schmoozed into making a donation I felt the small amount was worth sharing a bit of truth with someone who seemed to be trying to get his life together. So pray for Bobby, that he will get plugged in and give his life to God.
And!!!!!! Tomorrow the Goo Goo Dolls have a new CD coming out called Let Love In. I'm really excited because they are particularly dear to my heart in that they were my first introduction to not lame music when I was 13ish. (and they were the first band I ever got to meet). So check it out they rock.
Other band to check out Terminal. They sound like if you were to combine Taking Back Sunday and Dashboard Confessional put some Death Cab-like snippets, Anberlin sounding guitars, cool bass lines and make them a Christian band.
