I will be making an attempt at playing an open mic night at conor o'neill's tonight at 9:30pm. PLEASE come support me I will probably chicken out if I don't have people there distract me from getting nervous. I'll probably get there about 9:10ish so I can get an idea of the setup. I have a bit presentation to give on thursday, so unfortunatly I can't be there... but good luck!! I've heard thats an excellent place to do open mic sorta stuff...good atmosphere for it. It's pretty intimate, yet you're elevated so everyone can see you... :-) I'm sure you'll do great!!

Thanks all for the support and encouragment, the good news is, I didn't bomb terribly. There's definately a lot of stuff to work on though. I just get really nervous and the first half usually sucks a bit. I'll definately do it again though. It was better than my attempt at Avo's and the sound guy was way cool. G'night.
