I did a few things. I put in a Care Bears background, I almost did a Care Bears and Care Bear Cousins background but though that simpler looked better in this case. I put in a black border around the entrys and changed the colors a bit. I've also uploaded a Grumpy Bear icon (that I'm using on this post). I've changed the position of where the comments links are to the top and added a separator image of one of the happy yellow stars. The image only apears when a comment is left, so no comments, no image.

All in all it's very simple looking but as I said before I think it looks best that way. Over crowding it would have been way to easy in this case.

Also I've added the community I do icons in to the friends list.
