(no subject)
Well, I am gutted to have missed Lizzy's wedding. The pics look so great! Ah...the carribean. I am home alone this morning as the tree man has gone off training. And the cats are getting along at the moment in front of the fire so all is domestic bliss. Need to have breakfast yet though.
Its been a difficult few weeks in the lab. I am becoming convinced that I may be a rubbish scientist. But I need to stick it out to get my bloody PhD or all of the student debt Im carrying has been money wasted. Sigh...
Tommy is coming to visit next week and I am so excited. He arrives on Wednesday. Although I have a feeling that I am not going to see much of him, and that a certain, tall blonde lovely will get the time instead. But I dont really mind. Just want him to have a nice time and be happy. And I am planning a gigantic meal for saturday night, kent, simon, ant and danielle (and baby-in-waiting! did you know?), and a few others will be here. I know I dont have the table space for all these people. But I figure that if I have enough food people wont care where they eat it. right?
So what am I thankful for?
