Ugh! You know what I hate? I hate computer activated voices. Here I am online trying to make my phone bill payment, yet for some reason when I click on the link they give me it won't direct me. It just brings up the Page Not Displayed page. So frustrating. So I decide to call my At&t service to make a payment over the phone. And I get the computer actived voice. It prompts you, you give answers, should be easy right? Hell no! After having to repeat things a few times I'm finally nearing the end after giving it my card # and expiration date and so on, when what do I hear? Frickin "click" damn thing hung up on me! Freakin Hell! I just want to pay my damn bill so I don't have to think about it. For the love of God, why can't they just have an actual human being for me to speak to?
