(no subject)
I was just going through my friends page and couldn't figure out why nobocy was posting. Then I realized I am back on my desk top computer and hadn't logged in. I am such a dweeb!
It was two weeks ago today that we got here. I still don't think it has really sunk in that we live here. It is wonderful here. In fact, yesterday was the first day there were even any clouds in the sky. The weather is georgous.
We have done some sight-seeing and lots of exploring. It is a very easy city to get around except for the traffic. On top of the usual traffic, it was homecoming for U of A this weekend so there are even more cars out than normal.
We went to a bar just off campus and watched the Colts play. That was fun. Believe it or not there are quite a few Colts fans here.
We are getting things together and its looking alot like home here. We got stuff on the walls and all the knicknacks out. We finally tackled the office and it is now in order. It was a nightmare getting my computer back up and running. But, I am proud to say we finally got it together and did it ourselves. There were a few times I was wishing Mike was here to help.
I am not looking forward to going back to Indy this week to see the doctor. It will be good to see a few people and see what the doctor says but I do not miss the cold weather. LOL
