Writer's Block: Week in Review

Kudos to you! Doing it every day will get you in the habit. I've always had a weight battle, too, and now in my early sixties am working at getting the walking going better. I've improved in the past couple of months, and am retiring soon, and plan to step it up to 5 miles every day. I can't even imagine running at this point. So, be glad you can run, and go for it!

I'm still quite overweight, but have drive and determination...just need to see the results to keep going I hope.

I have a long-term goal to run a marathon, which I cannot see happening in the near future, but hopefully by the time I am fifty...10 years.
