So tommorrow I am getting down to business and starting my 5/pounds a week loss plan. That means less than 500 cals a day and working out as much as possible. I would like to weigh 130 by March 4th. I will also be taking Trimspa in case I need a kick. I just bought new Paper Denim jeans in a size 27 and they're real tight but I think I'll be able to wear them in a week or so. I can do this. I WILL do this.
