LOST disappointment
So Lost was on and I was expecting a lot more to happen. I heard that this season they are going to explain a lot more, but only the first five minutes of tonight's episode actually excited me. I mean, yeah, they revealed some stuff about someone's past, but they always do that. Nothing was really explained. Maybe it is because I just don't like Jack's character much. I hope it picks up in the next few episodes.
And WTF was with all the commercials!? Is it usually like that? I watched most of season 1 + 2 on the inter web so maybe that is the norm, but that was rediculous.
Lost is cool and all, but I think I really just want to know WTF is going on. I really don't care about what else is happening. I think if someone told me what happened at the end I would be satisfied and wouldn't really care about watching the show that much.
Now BSG on the other hand is awesome. I want to know what is going to eventually happen, but each episode is satisfying on its own. It has a continuing story, but it is so well written that I enjoy watching the episodes over again. Not so much with Lost. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoy Lost, but I don't appreciate it or respect it as nearly as much as BSG.
