I'm still dealing with fallout from the hard drive thing. It's just making everything so much harder. Like I have to put an extra push into everything I do at work. I think it will be a few months before we're totally recovered from this.

If you are using a mac, use PodWorks... a friend of mine developed it, and it's what I use at work and at home. It has a really friendly interface, almost iTunes-like.
