I am tired of being sick. TIRED of it. I'm tired of having to sleep on my back with my head on three pillows. I'm tired of sounding like I've been smoking since I was twelve. And I'm tired of resting. I have too much to do.

Last winter I lost my voice for 3 months. It was amazing. My voice alternated between really gruff and a squeak that sounded as if someone was flipping an on-off switch every half second and ended in coughing fits. At one point I had to write down what I wanted to say because it just came out of my mouth as, "eee."
