Work amusement.

I got an e-mail today at work called "Sheep Club news." This amuses me endlessly.

In other news, I've lost all motivation to do things here. I think it's probably got something to do with the fact that I'm insaaaaaaanely overworked. I told my mom last night that she could cancel my gym membership, because I'm obviously not going to have any more free time in the near future and it's not fair to have her keep paying for a membership I don't use. She then told me that the contract's for a year, and paid through December. whoops. Guess I'll have to go to the gym more often...

In other news, things with the boy are going very well. It's the first time I actually have a real-world dating experience... like, going out on dates and whatnot, rather than going immediately into a relationship or the like. I'm still getting used to it, and I feel like I'm actually starting a relationship with him (and not in the "oh man I've had one date with this dude and I feel like I have to break up with him," creepy/clingy kevin kind of way). Which brings me to my question of the day: how do you decide whether you're a girlfriend? In the past, it's either been immediate girlfriend status (i.e. oh-so-high school) or others have decided it for me ("we've all assumed you're together") or for the sake of naming convenience ("I guess you're my girlfriend now, it's not like I'm seeing anyone else and 'girl I'm seeing regularly' is getting old"). And yes, that last one was you-know-who. He's smart. Probably shoulda known then it wasn't going to last. But yeah, we'll see. Should be interesting, plus something Liz brought up last night regarding the logistics of two consenting adults and zero personal dwellings... haha, oh the fun we have in our discussions.

Anywho, back to work. Hopefully this won't be the last journal entry for a while, as my last one was way back in January. Jennifer says I have to keep updating so she has something to read. Actually that's not why, but I'm sure it's true... ;-)
