And heck no, the colonization before Delta Tau - Chapman was NOT "in the late 90s" at all. If that were true then Theta Phi - UTampa has got to have a fake charter according to her mind because in reality, Theta Phi was chartered in 2001. There's no such thing as FL chapters in Hawaiian's minds probably. I'm not even gonna bother commenting because she'll never accept she's wrong so whatever.
