awww Gillespie-ness
I'm like totally in love with this song at the moment. I love how Aaron sounds in it... it's like raw emotion from the heart in the way it's done...don't know how to describe it, but it's like he's really singing what he believes... The song is just purely awesomeness, except I would love it more if he didn't have the kids-sounding choir singing what appears at the end coz it really sounds outta place... from what I've heard, this song doesn't sound so great live coz it sounds nothing like the recorded one...booo, it's such a pretty song though.
Yea this song is a ::warning:: complete 180 from Aaron's other band Underøath (which is a super great band, but my heart would def jump out of my chest after about one hr lol). And it's totally different than pretty much all the other rocky songs on Southern Weather... (with the exception of Dirty & Left Out which is honestly way toooo country-ish sounding for me...ewww country lol). My 2nd fave is def Say This Sooner.
The Almost is gonna be here in town on the 23rd at theSocial with This Providence (♥l♥o♥v♥e♥ this band!!!!) & Paramore...how great is it for those 3 to be at one show... (the other one is Love Arcade but I've never heard them ever). I totally want to go but unfortunately my Genetics final exam is the next morning! Ugh don't know yet...
