So about me...
I am currently 25 years old living in (Southern)California and (most of the time)happily single. I am a student at a local community college and will be putting in my applications for transfer to a University this fall for next year. I am going to be majoring in Asian Studies with a focus on Japan and Korea. I speak about as much Japanese and a 2 year old Japanese kid. But I am studying to get better. I would like to learn Korean after I have a firm grip on Japanese.
Aside from school I have a part-time job working for World Market and I drive an old junker of a car. I moved back in with my family after living with one of best friends, Natalie (denimdamsel ), for 2 years.
This journal is mostly me talking about my life: friends, family work, and random flail post about whatever I'm watching or listening to.
I am part of the JE fandom. I mainly listen to NEWS and KAT-TUN but also enjoy Arashi and alittle Kanjani8. My favorite member(s) from each group is/are
NEWS: Shige. Closly followed by Yamapi and Ryo. Really I love them all. Even Tegoshi sometimes. XD
KAT-TUN: Kame is my favorite but once again I do love them all. Also I like 6 member KAT-TUN as well as 5 member KAT-TUN. I find Jin hilarious and can't hate on the guy.
Arashi is on a level of their own so I don't even try to rank them.
Kanjani8: Yoko, Okura, and Ryo.
I don't really know anything about the Jrs. but I decided that I love FiVe. So if anyone knows of an active community of FiVe let me know please. (^_^)
Outside of JE I also really like flumpool, Orange Range, Mongol800, Beat Crusaders...
I love watching dramas and movies and have a link to my post where I keep my list of stuff I watched.
Actors I like are: Fujiki Naohito, Narimiya Hiroki, Mizushima Hiro, Miura Haruma, Sato Takeru, Hiraoka Yuta, Oguri Shun, Matsuda Shota...
Actresses I like are: Kuroki Meisa, Miyazaki Aoi, Aoi Yu, Ueno Juri, Kanjiya Shihori, and more but I'm bad with names lol,
I also listen to K-Pop. Big Bang, MBLAQ, 2NE1, and some SHINee.
As far as American entertainment goes for tv shows I like House, Game of Thrones, Firefly, Nikita, Covert Affairs, Battlestar Galactica and so many more I can't remember.
My taste in music is a varied as walking into a music store. My favorite bands are Linkin Park, Incubus, State Radio, Blink-182, Death Cab for Cutie, and many many more...
I love reading. I worked for Borders for 3 years so I have a very big love for books.
