Death...
I know I haven't updated in awhile but life has been very hectic. Trying to graduate, doing the internship thing and family stuff. Unfortunately things have gotten worse. The only man I have known as my grandpa on my mom's side passed away tonight. He was diagnosed with liver cancer 2 weeks ago. He took a turn for the worse the other night, but seemed to have recovered last night. We thought we had a few months at least with him. My mom called me tonight which I thought was strange, but we have talked every other night since he got sick since I am so far away. She told me that he passed and the funeral is on Tuesday. Lucky me, my finals are on Tuesday and Wednesday. I now get to fight with my professors and dad about going to the funeral. He doesn't want me to go cause of finals and I don't know if the professors are gonna allow me to take my finals later. I'm trying to concentrate on school, but I just want to be with my family in Wisconsin. Sorry this is so depressing, I just needed to vent a little.
