Happy Valentine's Day, everyone!
This is one of my favorite holidays, despite my long history of always being single (on it, and in general). But since I love being single, I'm really ok with that (except for those times when I look back at that long history and think that no one will ever love me. But then I think about what having a boyfriend would actually entail, and I'm good again).
I love having a day when I can revel unabashed in ridiculous romance novels and movies; I love having a day to celebrate love. I think it's a beautiful idea, and even the fact that it's heavily commercialized doesn't cheapen that, and I won't let the fact that I'm single ruin it for me, either.
So happy love day, everyone! And I'm glad to have you all in my life. :D
