Finally in a Good Mood
Well it's the day after Valentine's day, and I'm in a better mood. Yesterday was a long day full of waiting. Work was pretty hard starting off at 7am. When I finally got home there was nothing. I was expecting some flowers from my husband (I knew they were supposed to be delivered that day). I was also waiting for a V-day card in the mail from my hubby. After the mail man came, there was nothing, not even any junk mail. Then all night I waited and waited and waited. I decided not to even try to go anywhere b/c I wanted my flowers. I'm so pathetic. I went ahead and changed into my pj's around 7 pm. I thought they might be done delivering by then. About 15 mins later there was a knock at the door. I couldn't find any other sweats to put on, b/c I was wearing valentine pj pants that I didn't really want to be seen in. I threw on a pair of jeans that were laying on the floor and rushed to the door. By the time I got there the was already down the hallway. But my flowers were here!!! They are beautiful. There are 18 longstem roses, some hot pink, some peach, some orange, some yellow and some yellow with red tips. I love them, they look like my wedding flowers. So today I ended up working again but only for a few hours. After I got home there was mail. Guess what was in there? The Valentine's day card from my hubby. It was so sweet. So I am having a much better day today. Who knows what tomorrow will hold. Oh yea, I did get to talk to my hubby yesterday and see him on web cam. : )
