ahh kfc D: it's like that at the pizza place where i work, too. the manager is always trying to convince me of how fresh everything is there and i'm like "not when you paint the pizza pans in crisco, homie". D: you're not anorexic for wanting to lose weight lol! but actually it's better for your digestive system and metabolism to eat smaller meals but more of them throughout the day. not MEALS meals, but like, you know. eat crackers and cheese here, eat some pasta salad there, that kind of thing. anyway i hope it goes well for you. :)

I've seen Rise Against! They're really good :D I only meant because ~irl, I guess I don't really look like I need to lose weight? So one of my friends in particular would usually be like stfu! >:( And I just eat like candy and unhealthy stuff all dayyyy and whatever, I'm really fail at dieting apparently, because I see food and I'm like WANT WANT WANT and then I eat it. And I was thinking, like, oh! If I just replace mah drinks with water I'll lose weight. Nope. I actually hate water, and I'm out of crystal light. So me dieting is suspiciously like me not dieting, except I feel guilty a lot.
hmmm. well do you feel healthy? if not then maybe change some habits, but if you FEEL well, and have energy etc etc then fuck the diet. i don't believe in "diets" but i do believe in "lifestyles". like change of a few habits here and there...like instead of candy maybe eat some sweet fruit? then your taste buds will change and your body will not want candy any more. lol

i don't really have any willpower either when it comes to some stuff, i love ice cream, i eat a lot of it, and i bake things all the time like muffins etc.hahaha. like just the other night at my friend's house we made gingerbread apple pie and i ate like a fucking third or more of it! D: LOL
water is good for weight loss though and cleansing because it flushes stuff right out of you and clears up your skin etc etc
oh and don't allow yourself to feel guilty. guilt is a disgusting feeling and burden and you do NOT deserve to experience it. that's the problem with food - especially with girls - we're always taught to feelguilty, or somehow justify what we're eating. if you like to eat, fucking eat. i mean don't clog your arteries or anything lol, but don't feel guilty just because you have a sweet tooth. maybe drink vitamin water? except don't, because that stuff seems really sketchy to me lol.
I looove vitamin water, but it is expensive. I'm pretty unhealthy tbh; I get stomachaches at least bi-weekly, but more often it's daily. Even when I am eating a vegetable it's covered in cheese or salt. I think a lot of it is just because my Mom makes that sort of food and buys a lot of junk food. Once I move out, I think I'll be a lot better about stocking up on vegetables and fruit and whatnot. And I'm especially concerned with gaining weight because my Mother is very overweight and I've seen firsthand how it can ruin your life, or significantly reduce your quality of life. It's depressing shit. Today I ate two bagels and some water and some iced tea. I'll probably eat cauliflower pie later (yummmm) and I guess if I don't lose weight like this, then this is the weight I'm meant to be (112 lb). I was a few pounds thinner when the year started BUT NOW I HAVE LOVE HANDLES =w= I think it might just be how I am proportioned, but my legs are so thin, I feel like I look ridiculous sometimes.
love handles are hot. and 112? holy shit! how tall are you? you must be so tiny and cute. :) are you maybe allergic to something - like with the stomach aches, maybe you're lactose intolerant or something? and i don't know if bagels are the best unless they're like organic multigrain or something because apparently, apparently, one bagel is equivalent to like 4 pieces of bread or something, and breads can kind of bloat you. like don't cut back on how much you eat, just change some of the stuff, you know? and go for walks or some shit? i dont know lol TRY POWER YOGA \o/

Hahah, I hate exercise! I'm 5' 3, almost 5'4. And yeah, that's what my friends mom (she is a medical malpractice lawyer and knows a fuckload about medicine) is thinking. I really hope I'm not, though, because I looove dairy :c And yeah, I know bagels are fattening BUT I LOVE BAGELS<3<3<3 And oh man, cauliflower pieeee is my fav thing eva. It's cauliflower, cheese and eggs spiced to my little hearts content. It's super easy to make, and tastes like yum. My sister (my oldest sister, she's 31 now) made it up when she was on a diet and now she just eats super healthy all the time. But she's a super good cook and makes everything deeeleeshus even though it's a bunch of veggies and maybe some meat. If I lived with her, the pounds would just melt off. BUT WHATEVER I GUESS ITS NOT A BIG DEAL.
