Summer vacation. How do I love you? Let me count the ways. So much to update on. It's been so long. Mmmmm. It feels so good to be out of school after ~10 months of being stuck there. This summer promises to be an interesting one. Sound Of The Underground (Norma Jean, From Autumn To Ashes, Unearth, Every Time I Die, Fear Before The March Of Flames and The Black Dahlia Murder; just to name the bands that I actually want to see [bold means I SHALL see them without a doubt]) show in Winston-Salem on the June 30th, beach trip in about a week and a half, Warped Tour on August 9th (Thrice, Avenged Sevenfold, Atreyu, Hopesfall, ZAO, The Receiving End Of Sirens, Funeral For a Friend, Hawthorne Heights, My American Heart, Story Of The Year, Matchbook Romance, Saosin, Senses Fail, Relient K, Mae, Fall Out Boy; same deal as above), apparently I'm playing the guitar for my cousin as she performs in the Collard Festival but that isn't until September (though we'll have to start practicing pretty soon), perhaps there will be another trip to Miami and Orlando this year, though I'm not yet positive. Hmm, what else? I'll probably work some more on the whole music thing. I'll probably take on some clients to broaden my design portfolio. I'll probably, maybe, actually get my portfolio up sometime. Of course, there's always work. But it shouldn't be that bad, though it will prove to be annoying (as always.) July 4th will be here in a month, still not sure of my plans regarding that. I may go down to the beach and watch the fireworks or something. Looks like this summer shouldn't be so bad. Oh yeah. I forgot to mention: I built a new computer. Here are the specifications if you're a tech/nerd: ECS 755-A2 motherboard, AMD Athlon64 3400+ processor, 1GB Corsair DDR RAM, 256MB Radeon 9600XT video card, new case (perhaps I'll take a picture of it), 500W PSU. The case is one of those side panel see-through, light-up-blue deals. So it keeps my room lit up at night :/ Kenzie and I went to go see Mute Math in Raleigh ~2 months ago. We went to go see Mae sometime I May (I think.) It feels like it was so long ago. It has been awhile since I've updated. I've almost completed my website layout, so I'll soon be posting on it instead of here. It hasn't actually taken me this long to design it, I've just been very "busy" (lazy.) Just thought I'd plug some of the bands I've been into pretty deep lately: My American Heart, The Receiving End Of Sirens, From First To Last, Letter Kills. And of course, as usual, Alexisonfire and Anberlin. Hmmm. I'm trying to think if there's anything I left out. I guess not. If so, I'll add it later.
