Dude...I'm free. How long has it been since I've ACTUALLY gone on the computer, for something that didn't involve homework? Holy fuck, it feels like forever, and I've been so extremely bored. I haven't even been able to WRITE! AH THE HORROR. And I've had such great ideas too. Dammit.

Oh well, I lived, and I survived. God, how lame am I? Listen to me, it's like I lost an important body part or something. Shit, I need to get out more.

Anyway, I FINALLY watched Interview with the Vampire on Sunday, after so many months of torture. It was beautiful. Granted, some of the special effects were kinda *eh* but this was made in what? The 1990's? Late 1980's? I don't remember. But overall, it was awesome. And even though I knew what was going to happen (me being that lame person that I am spent hours searching for millions of pictures from the movie, and since I'd seen so many I pretty much knew the whole movie), some parts still made me jump. lol. It was brilliant. Lestat and Louis were just...gorgeous. They were beautiful. And Claudia was awesome. My favorite parts were when Louis, Lestat, and Claudia were together. They had awesome chemistry. Oh, and the funniest part was when Lestat started dancing with Claudia's dead mother and was singing with joy. I found that disturbingly hilarious.

It was so worth the months of endless torture, and the two hours of my trying to find it among the hundreds of fucking movies at Blockbuster. OH! And get this...Doug had the movie all along! Grrr, the bastard. He could have let me borrow it, and I would have been happy, and I wouldn't have had to search for hours looking for the damn thing. And he says that I didn't ask. SURELY he would have heard me talking about it. I haven't shut up about it for about a month. Damn. It's now a proven fact that the male species listens to absolutely NOTHING that females have to say. Unless it's sexual or for their own sake.

I'm now reading The Vampire Armand. It's very good, despite the fact that I'm only on page 114 out of 300 or so pages, and so far Anne Rice has only described Armand at the church watching over Lestat, his killing a man in his home, a flashback into the first 17 years of Armand's life, and how he's his teacher's lover, and how he has been sent off to different academies to learn different sexual techniques. First he was sent to an all girls academy, then to an all boys academy where they strapped him to a bed so they could experiment new sexual acts on him. ???? Hmmm. Oh, and how Armand was feeling depressed and had sexual intercourse with Bianca, and then went home and sexual intercourse with Marius, his teacher/lover. Quite fascinating how she fit all that into 114 pages. And it's very descriptive. It's actually quite funny. I was reading it for our novel reading time in English today, and had to restrain myself from laughing. It's not really funny...but you know me. I'm kinda weird.

Anyway, I gotta go find that stupid permission slip for ROTC so I can get in my last 2 hours of community service shit tomorrow for Open House. Grrr. Well, it's better going tomorrow night in uniform than going to school in uniform. Those fucking things are SO uncomfortable!
