+ Suffers from Anti-social Personality Disorder (APD). This is also known as sociopathy. Those afflicted by this disorder cannot see other people as 'people'. They are merely objects to be used according to the will of the sociopath. Physically incapable of feeling emotions like love and cognitively incapable of wanting to feel them.
+ Dies a lot. Go figure.
+ Focuses on Liquid Snake and those surrounding him.
+ Is a talker. Enjoys both dominating and being dominated as long as he or his partner is running his/her mouth.

+ Is a slut in memes. Mun did not mean for it to happen and blames it on canon UST with Liquid Snake.
+ In fact, Meme!Talib may be classified as a whole different person. The memes offer me a chance to play him in several different ways without (hopefully) letting his essential Canon characteristics be damaged. Talib has a different motivation for his actions and so responds differently in memes. Mostly. Some days he's more Canon than not.
