i feel happy when i see roots.

i weeded my backyard yesterday. i`m still not done. you should see my backyard. it`s like a weed jungle. they are huge! for some of them you need a shovel to get the roots out. you would probably wonder why we let it get this way. well, my house is new and they just put seeds in the back. being the "new" homeowners that we are, we didn`t think the sprinklers would wash the seeds out. our neighbor offered us some hay [it keeps the seeds from going anywhere]. it was still too late though. next thing is that these strange weeds are growing there. everybody elses yard is perfectly manicured and weed-free. except us. aren`t we special?

i think our neighbors were laughing at us. yeah, whatever. we rock anyway.
