[Call it intuition but today Keiichi does drop by the house first thing in the morning. But apparently not early enough to catch Minato. Honestly, Koromaru's behavior already puts him on alert and the first place he checks is Minato's room.

If it wasn't for Minako's room being so empty he would have thought that his friend had been kidnapped. He checks the whole house after that, almost expecting to see Minato in a corner sulking, he knows he would do that and part of him wants to sulk but... Minato is more important, he has to find him. He finds the note, eventually... And promptly ignores it, looking at Koromaru seriously.]

Koro-chan, we are going on a hunt. A Minato hunt.

[Hide as well as you can Minato, cause Keiichi isn't going to stop until he finds you :|]

[There's no way Minato would go to Haruhi's house in a moment like this, so Keiichi doesn't even consider checking there even if Koromaru stops there. Sure enough, the dog eventually keeps following the trail... Minato should have taken the dog with him if he didn't want to be found, honestly.

What's up with us and invading empty apartments?

[Unless Minato is actually staying with someone else, which it could be. Though Keiichi is selfish and likes to bet for the option of him being alone.]

[Yeah, maybe a good friend would do that. But a best friend wouldn't. A best friend would crawl his ass to hell if he has to in order to be with his friend, even if he himself would prefer to be somewhere else or doesn't know what to do other than being here.
