The most amazing night of my life...

Let's start at the beginning shall we?
I Nine is an amazing band from a city close to mind. I love their music and it so happens that my uncle works with the lead singer's dad. (Later I found out that my sixth grade teacher dated a member and my mom was good friends with the lead singer's brother.) We got to the show really early and it was at a small pub downtown. I just got my new camera, Milo, yesterday and took some awesome pictures of them doing their sound check through the window. After my heart stopped jumping out of my chest of course.

Later, we were waiting outside for them to let us in and low and behold, the cellist Brian was outside. We got to talk to him for a while, and it was amazing. He was really friendly and even answered some questions about what it was like to be in the studio because I want to be a music producer.

Then, Carmen, the lead singer comes around the corner. She sees my uncle and he introduces us. We talk for a few minutes and get some pictures then she asks us if we want to walk down to Starbucks with her and get coffee. COFFEE WITH CARMEN. I was soooo excited. We talked about producing and music and it was amazing.

When we finally got in, the band Absentstar started playing. I hadn't really heard much of them so I wasn't prepared for how amazing they were. When their set was over I asked what the name of the last song was because I recorded it and wanted to put it on youtube. The singer Derek asked me if I liked it and after I told him I loved it, he went and got me a cd. We talked and he signed it and we took some pictures. He even got the other four members to sign it and take pictures with us.

We got really close to the stage when I Nine came on because it was a really small place and there wasn't a lot of people there (I loved it because every thing was so intimate) It was mostly family and friends (I was standing by Carmen's aunt with Health and Derek from Absentstar behind and to the side of me.)

I got some really great pictures and videos too.
They played my favorite Beatles song, Eleanor Rigby and we got pictures with them and they signed out posters.

All around, it was one of the best nights of my like and I encourged everyone (all 2 of you right) to check them out.

I'll post the links to my Youtube videos and the pictures later.
