Last night was very interesting....
So I went to see Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers with Bethan, and the show was awsome. Man, they are getting old but they can still rock out with their cocks out, I'll tell you what. They played all the classics and a couple new ones that I havn't heard before. There's this great new song called Melinda, if anyone is interested, I would advise checking it out. They closed with American Girl, so I don't think it could have gotten any better than that, honestly.
So before the show we got stuck in TONS of traffic, as usual when you are going to the Tweeter Center. I had a few Captain's and Coke on the way down so needless to say I was pretty buzzed by the time I got there. I had to pee really bad too. The only option once I got there was to go into the woods. Bethan probably picked THE worst spot to go pee, it was down a hill straight into a thorn bush. OUCH! Everything was fine, I'm not an idiot so I know how to pee outside, but mixed with being a little drunk, when I went to go wipe (sorry for the details) I fell straight back, and now my body looks like I got attacked by an angry bear on my ass and my arms. At the time it didn't really hurt, but now it definitely does.
So when we left, we obviously got stuck in TONS of more traffic, it took us an hour just to get out of the parking lot, but once we got on the highway it was fine. Bethan decided once we got to the 93 95 split that we should take 93... BAD IDEA, they had the whole tunnel and bridge detoured off into boston, and at 1 AM when everyone is leaving town, IT SUCKS! So I didn't get home until a little after 2AM last night. The worst part about the whole thing is that Bethan's car easily overheats in traffic so we had to have the heat on the whole time so that we didn't stall out.
All in all, it will definitely be a night to remember, good and bad, hah.
Tonight I'm going to see my neighbors band at the Paradise, it should be fun, I havn't been able to go to one of their shows in a long time, because most of them are 21+, AS USUAL. I'm pretty sure I'm going to be the happiest person in the world when I finally turn 21. Not for the drinking, but for not having to deal with the hassle of going out and being restricted.
Now I must go and poke Wilto, until he stops playing video games, because I am starving!
