.the myth;
» God(dess): Aeneas of Troy
» Reference: http://homepage.mac.com/cparada/GML/Aeneas.html
» Family: {mother & father} Aphrodite & Anchises ; {spouse} Creusa
» Played By: Jensen Ackles
» Human Alias: Bernard Thompson
» Human Age: 23
» God of...: Not applicable.
» Flair: He doesn’t have a flair per se. He has what can be considered partial immunity to others’ flairs. While it doesn’t work against all and, when it does, it can not act to the full extent, his presence tones down or otherwise deactivates flairs which try to act upon him.
» Flair Type: Continous
» Weakness:

Reckless. That is the one way to sum his greatest problem. Aeneas has no problem moving forward and acting if needed. Which means that, many times, he won’t take his time to stop before figuring it out a way out of a situation that doesn’t imply his direct intervention nor his harm. To him, the greater good comes before his own safety.

» Fitting in: Bodyguard
» Personality:
Aeneas has always been an easy one to judge. Strong, direct, someone constant and oddly easy to predict at first sight. He knows what he wants, what he needs and going around taking the long turn isn’t his style. Neither is losing time. He enjoys it, the small things and gestures he can find himself doing and yet, those fragments of time doesn’t seem to be a waste. A drink with someone, a book read quietly at a corner, things that don’t seem productive or needed are appreciated. Aeneas doesn’t seem to open up easily to those around him though. Slightly silent when by himself, somewhat serious, it takes time and trust for him to show himself just as he is. A good person, all in all. Someone who enjoys watching others take all the emotion he can offer and feel happy with it, someone who likes to feel appreciated but prefers to let others take the first step. He is a person of extremes. Quiet and solemn at one point, oddly open and willing to go with whichever odd scheme as long as someone he knows well pulls him along.

Grounded as he is, it isn’t a good idea to completely push him off track. On stressful situations, all his wish to keep quietly by a corner virtually disappears to leave someone very focused and very in control. Whatever others do, it’s up to them but he will probably will think to know best and act on his own volition, all hero complexes aside. In a way, Aeneas is good at seeing the major picture not to mention keeping his head calm where most won’t.

Day to day, his location can’t be predicted. One day he might be following the same rotine in the same regular street only to leave the coming day on a whim, a wish to see something else that someone might have mentioned. Impulses shouldn’t be denied and mostly, he refuses to.
» Sample Journal:

The last time I even bothered to try something on the computer was the day I needed to replace it.

Which…doesn’t exactly bode well since I’m trying this out. Obviously, workforce should keep as such. Hopefully, none will be too bothered once this device has met its end.

» Sample Roleplay:

It had been half an hour since Bernard had tried to move. Sitting calmly, hands resting on his knees, he seemed perfectly happy with staring at his surroundings, the calmest expression touching his features. If anything, one could feel the easy acceptance radiating from him in waves, like someone who was truly content with his life. In a way, he had always been able to hide his feelings private. His actions, those could speak louder than any words, show without a doubt that Bernard knew exactly what needed to be done.

But his feelings were shut, closed to the world and anyone who tried to pry. It would be hard to explain at any rate. City destroyed, scattered in ashes. A wife taken from his arms. And now a son and a father he couldn’t find. Those subjects couldn’t be touched; He would allow none to do so. Bernard simply kept quiet, allowing his loved ones to remain in his mind solely.

If one had been watching, the abrupt change in his demeanour would have surprised. Out of the blue, the tall man raised himself from the floor, the coat he had discarded earlier thrown quickly over his shoulders. Walking in the same manner, Bernard made his way to the car, barely sparing a look to those who followed his every move.

“Going to stand around all day?”

Turmoil started around him, men moving up and down busying themselves with the oddest tasks. No longer the center of attention, no one noticed the man who had caused it. Nor the light smile taking over his lips.
