(no subject)
friday: so i took my driving test and totally owned it. i love driving. yay! then i went down to the barn and rode my horse, then had a lesson on Cupid. It was mostly good. the jumps were good, and all that. then after the last course i landed off the last jump and i wanted to stop straight, but Cupid ducked out early and i fell off, took out the standard with my arm, then the rail with my back, and landed on the other side of the jump. i have bruises all up my left arm on my upper thighs and lower calves. and some internal stuff on my back. dandy. then i started working on getting Cupid and the ponies ready for the show. my mom showed up and we ran to Bernard's tack shop to get some last minute show crap. and i applied to work there, but i dont think they will hire me. then i came back and washed cupid, and cleaned my tack and packed the trailer. I was out of there by 8. got home and showerd. i totally missed Lauren Lew's Cue'. Bummer. but i meet up with everyone at LL's house. i was so happy to drive. it was like the Freedom day. LL's was so much fun.
saturday: woke up at 540 and got ready, packed my car and picked up Lauren Hughes, then we drove to smokerise, and got there before the trailer. then i signed in and all that good stuff, got ready and got Cupid set. then started to warm up. George really didnt help me at all, and Jolene was in the leadline ring, so Thank god Sydney was there and she helped me. the competion was ridic. so we didnt place. but the show was good for Cupid's standards, not good by show standards. Then i got undressed and watched Jolene ride. she placed first in all her rounds and one her first medal as an adult. it was so exciting. then we hung out all day,i evened out my farmer's tan. then Irene's did her itty bitty jumper's on The Majic Pony and won two thirds out of all the big horses, until it thundered and lighthning and we packed up and went home. unpacked the trailer and the horses, i paid my horse some attention and went home and passed out.
sunday: woke up at 11 and went and rode Valentino, he was soo good, he starts jumping again on tuesday. i am currently figuring out how to get valentino to train with Jonothan...humm...then i went to long island and visited my nana, shes doing a lot better and out of the hospital. Then went out to eat with my mom's college friend who was a vet and helped us with valentino. she was so much fun, and they said they could get me jobs all over the place...yayness! now i am home and its midnight. score
so i have a week and two days left of school. finals on thursday and friday and a crapload of make up work.....awesome. god i need sleep.
