it was familiar to me
In light of the events of the past few days, I really don't have much to say regarding political matters. At first it all really bothered me, but the more I thought about means of compensation and the uselessness of my frustration that had no means of being cured the less I weighed my opinions on it. So due to that, I'm not going to bash the decision our country made or force my opinion down people's throats, because honestly at this point in time, I don't really have much of one.
My one comment, which I have done my best to condense, is that if we keep trying to take people's rights away from them our country is going to collapse from the inside out. We have no right to tell people what they can or can't do with their bodies, or with the people they love. Church and state are two very separate things my friends. And because of that, I could not care less what your or my spiritual beliefs are. No matter how much scripture someone tries to feed you, you will always digest it in your own way. You're given the right to act upon your morals, don't punish other people because theirs are different than your own.
enough of politics though.
so, fact of the day for me, supposedly suicide is illegal. haha. i thought it was interesting and slightly humorous, and maybe it's something that everyone already knew, but for those of you who, like myself, did not know, it may be interesting as well. lol.
Other than that, I don't really have much to update about. I hope everyone is doing amazing. =)
