In other news: Aaron's win means Giancarlo misses out for his portrayal of Gus Fring. Maggie Smith [Downton Abbey] took out Best Supporting Actress in a Drama over Anna Gunn [Skyler], and Damian Lewis [Homeland] was a pretty deserving winner over Bryan Cranston [who already has 47 Emmys so I am oddly okay with this!! Homeland was sensational, after all!]. Tim Van Patten [Boardwalk Empire] took out the final award, defeating Vince Gilliagan. Which makes Aaron's victory the sole Breaking Bad win at the 2012 Emmys. YAY FOR AARON! And congratulations to all the Breaking Bad nominees, and to the eventual winners.
