Ooh, I'm kinda worried for Aaron!! This is based on season four, right? I really don't think they'll be able to go past Giancarlo! Both would be super deserving and I definitely think it will come down to one of them :)

Also, I feel super validated in my television viewing choices! Breaking Bad, Downton Abbey, Game of Thrones and Homeland are all at the top of my must watch list, and Boardwalk Empire is about to start here soon! I must do something about the Mad Men situation and get onto that too...!

Oh, I know. Sorry if that wasn't obvious in my comment. I meant actually WINNING it... I watched it live [thanks for the link!! it was fabulous!!] so I know they were both nominated, just sad that one of them will have to miss out on the actual winning part - and probably Aaron because it would be hard to go past Giancarlo... even I'd have to admit that.

But i have to be honest, I think Giancarlo is going to win. And I'll be f****** happy for this^^

Oooh, NO! That would be bad. I think, seeing that Aaron already has one, and that he'll for sure win another one for season five [and season five.point.two!], that he should let Giancarlo win this year...

Mad Men is a great show, one of my favourites. Only in the last month I've come to feel like it's been unfairly robbing Breaking Bad in the Best Drama category.

I've never seen an episode so I can't comment, but if it's better than Breaking Bad {according to the voters] then, WOW!! Haha! It must be freaking mindblowing! Actually, no, it'd have to be BETTER than mindblowing, because that's what Breaking Bad is :)

I wouldn't call Mad Men "mindblowing". It has far less in terms of thrills and action compared to Breaking Bad. It's mostly a philosophical character drama with great acting (though for some reason the MM actors never win anything). MM is very rich and absorbing, but it doesn't grab you by the gut like BB.
