Med'an. [There's a sigh in her voice, thick - she sounds all but sick with relief when she says his name, shoulders sagging. Her lips almost curl, but she looks simply too tired. Instead, she nods.]

We got her.

[Pallydad.....Med'an looks concerned. He knows something happened to him, even if he can't remember it.]

[Sucking in a breath, her chin dips in another nod.

There's a long pause.]

...I am sorry.

It's...okay.

[Well, it's not really okay, exactly, but - he just doesn't remember anything. He doesn't understand it. It was like being asleep.]

[He nods, nervously and then more vigorously at her last statement. Come home, pallydad ;; ]

It's kind of quiet here...[not that she's really loud, but with just him and the rabbit....]

When I get there we can practise our battlecries. [She's kidding, mostly. And will be arriving soon after, opening the door and stepping inside, looking around for him.]

[It makes him smile a little tiny bit. At least he's easy to please. When she arrives he's sitting on his cot with Aegwynn (reluctantly, it looks like) in his arms. She manages to escape when he looks up at Aureln.]

[She smiles a little - the expression somewhat awkward - as she walks in, careful to avoid the renegade rabbit. Uncertain, she swithers about what to do - but instinct guides her and she wraps her thin arms around him, holding him with an audible breath of relief.]

[He's about to say something - although he's not quite sure what yet, what do you say after you die and come back? - when suddenly there's a pallydad hugging him. It's pretty surprising - but not in a bad way. He likes to get hugs, and he hugs her back, leaning a little on her shoulder.]
