[Okay, so this is almost certainly Dad insulting Gramma, but it's such a weird insult that Med'an's not sure what to do with it. Like maybe if she actually did have big ears and bucked teeth it would make sense, Dad, geez...although he supposes her ears were kind of NO BAD STOP THAT.]
