I'm in a Dylan mood again. I swear it's not all the time, just coincidentally when I'm writing in here. This time I won't give you a pretty picture of him and some lyrics though. This time I'll merely mention that Bobby Bob Bob Dylan is nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for literature. For his lyrics. I've been hearing a mixed bout of oppinions about this. "A Nobel Prize? For lyrics? psshh! And Bob Dylan lyrics? The lyrics often found indecipherable by anyone who can be honest with themselves and admit that not every artisic verse can be interpreted into deep true blue meaningful answers to life's unanswered questions (i.e. 'you used to ride on your chrome horse with your diplomat who carried on his shoulder a Siamese cat')?" Now, what does that mean?

chrome horse: a car of some sort?
with your diplomat: diplomacy- "skill in handling affairs without arousing hostility "
says Webster. Well Bob was anti-war, therefor pro-peace, and so the
less hostility the better.
his siamese cat: well, the siamese cats in Lady and the Tramp were quite mischievous, so
(this is a stretch so bear with me) the menacing cat sat on his shoulder
just like in the cartoons with the devil on one shoulder telling
whoever to do the wrong thing, opposite the angel saying other stuff.
However, on this diplomat's shoulder he only had the cat telling him bad
stuff like, "who says diplomats dont like hostility. Go cause trouble",
and no angel at all.

Is this true? Any of it?
Of course not. It's all bullshit. I made it up and it sounds stupid.
To tell you the truth, I dont care what good ol' Bob was trying to say. The point is he says it in a way that sounds nice, and what's music good for if not for enjoying the sound of it? That's the whole point, right? So maybe it sounds a little empty-headed of me not to care about the big message but that's ok. I'd still like Bob to win the nobel prize, he's got a good-bad voice and enjoyable lyrics whether I get them or not.
