Finally decided to compile a list of favorites for the year. There's still some stuff I haven't seen yet but I doubt any of them would crack my Top 10 anyways!

Thanks so much for mentioning Mikkel for A Royal Affair. Everybody's focusing so much on Mads because he's the 'big star' but Mikkel was amazing. Alicia didn't blow me away in ARA but she was good :) Nothing for Hobbit?

I thought Mads was getting more notice for The Hunt actually, which I still need to see. But Mikkel won the Best Actor award at Berlin! Oh and I combined Alicia's performances for this and Anna Karenina cause they were both great. I actually still haven't seen The Hobbit yet!

Yes I want to see The Hunt too because he's getting such rave reviews for it! Ah I look forward to watching Alicia in Anna K :)

Gahhh, I hate you for having your list done already. >____> I'm still futzing around with mine. But glad to see someone else loves A Royal Affair! ;) And Holy Motors--a critic friend of mine put it as his #1, actually.
