(no subject)
Well now that it's almost been a month, I'm going to update briefly.
School has started, and things are going exceptionally well. I'm really enjoying my senior (and last) year of high school. My classes are great, even though I definately didn't take the easy way out. I'm going to work hard this year and make sure I do a great job in everything that I do. I really want to make this last year "perfect".
My job at TOPS is officially over, we closed on Saturday and I'm really glad. As much as I enjoyed it for the most part, I really didn't like being a cashier. It wasn't what I had hoped for- but I guess that's to be expected with any job. I still work at Pepis Saturday nights, and soon to be a couple more nights a week (I hope) seeming I don't want to get another job anywhere else and bog myself down.
Eric and I are doing quite well. We've had our little areguments but I guess that's just made me grown more attached to him. I must say though, this is the first relationship I've been in where there have been arguments and we have been able to work through them.
Yesterday I went to Watkins Glen with him (wayyyy out past Geneva). It was quite the experience. I'd never been to any form of "car" race, or should I say it was INDY racing and it was incredible. They go so fast and it's amazing how they can have such control of a car going over 170 mph.
I've been having more of a social life than I did this summer, hanging out with people I loveeee. Like Mark, Wade and JR- my newly acquainted buds. Ha, they're so great and amusing <3 There are people who I truely miss though, Elise being one of the many. She's off in college and I miss her dearly. Same with Angie. ahhh soon enough I hopefully can see them!
I'm running for class president again and I'd really like to get it. In highschool some people have their sports, or music or drama etc.. and I feel my potential is drawn towards leadership in being a part of something that actually takes just as much hardwork and dedication. Elections will be sometime this week and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
I'm really sick right now and it sucks. I've been sick for the past couple of days and I went to the Doctors today and they put me on two medications, one for a sinus infection and the other is for a chest decongestant (yeah I can spell). Pretty friggen wonderful..
