Why does my head ache
So lets recap the weekend:
Friday: wasted time at school then went to volunteer for english class. That was fun ;) . Guided one of my group partners around The Orlando Science Center while he was dressed as liz the lizard from the magic school bus. It was AWESOME. so did that from 6 till 10 then i had work from 11 till close. It wasn't too bad. I think thats partly because of thanksgiving comming up and people are heading home now....at least thats what i think. So we closed and just took our sweet time closing. AFter work some of us just hung out and chatted till bout 6:15ish. Got back to the dorm. Took a nap
Saturday: So began the journey. Knight came over here around 11:30 and we set off for KONA (jacksonville). The drive was fun goen up there. Seemed really long, but wasn't too bad. Kona wasn't like i expected it at all. At least in respects to where it is located. Its in the back of this really shady neighborhood. However, the whole park is enclosed in trees. It makes you feel like you are in the mountains. Kona was amazing. It was feeling being at a place where you know that so much has been done. Many famous skaters from all over comming there. In the shop they had photos and boards from back in the day. I really enjoyed being there. It was def. worth two hours. After kona matt and i drove to UF to spend the night at matt's bros. house. On the way there we stopped by a huge christmas lights place. We had to pull off and get picutres. Then we arrived in Gainesville. It is quite the college town. It has a nice college feel to it. I really enjoy being up there. I think it's a lot better then here, but thats a whole nother story. We got to matts brothers and dropped our stuff off and went out to visit some friends at UF, played some pool and guitar and went back to Colin's and watched batman returns. It was a good day
Sunday: Woke up, met jason miller for lunch, watched the bucks game, then went off to the briefs show. The briefs were amazing, however my head aches at this moments still. 3 hrs after the concert. But it was a great weekend
It was nice traveling the open road
except when quick merge lanes come up
